Returns

We want you to be happy with it.

If you don't get on with Ascend, you can return your first jar within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, whether it's been opened or not. Email info@ascendskin.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you a freepost label.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the return.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason; our 30-day policy extends that.
